I have Coles insurance, my tenant has lost his job. I do not want to evict him

You need to ask Coles directly how it will affect it. As a Property Manager of 10 years now I have only used and recommended Terri Sheer they specialise in Landlord Insurance. You may have a different outcome with a company that doesn’t specialise in landlord insurance
