Discuss with your husband?
We had a holiday booked for 12 months in advance (not Vegas though) and then discovered we were pregnant and would be due around the time we would be away.
We cancelled and are having a smaller getaway 3 months before I'm due.
We were lucky enough to cancel early enough that we only lost $100 in cancellation fees.

O M G ...... PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERING A TERMINATION JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A HOLIDAY BOOKED !!!

Please be aware your unborn baby probably isn't covered by travel insurance. If you go into premature labour you could end up in the high hundreds of 1000's in bills for neo natal care for bub. (Google it & you'll find multiple cases of it happening.)

Ultimately get all the information & make a choice that you're comfortable with. It's a difficult decision either way!!

Your options are:

1. Have a termination
2. Cancel the trip
3. Keep the baby and do Vegas without drinking.

Know which one I'd choose. But it's a personal decision that depends very much on your individual circumstances, nobody can decide for you.

Go and enjoy your holiday, might be the last you and your husband get for a while. I’ve done Vegas sober and it was still a lot of fun. If you’re pregnancy goes well and without complication there’s no reason to cancel. Consider upgrading to business class flights if your budget allows and invest in a good pair of compression socks for the flight.
