At what age do you think is appropriate for girls to start using tampons?

It's more about practicality. Girls who swim in teams or play water sports, gymnastics, ballet, dancers etc. It's not sexual So don't make it seems so. It isn't inappropriate

I think as the next few years go on, period underwear will take over. Disposal and TSS are not an issue and our kids are growing up more concerned about things like landfill.

Anytime they feel comfortable to do it and once you’ve gone through the risks etc there shouldn’t be an issue

My dd was 13. She asked if she could and we looked at all the information about it before she started and its all been smooth sailing for her. She even takes my tampons if she runs out 😂

I think when they are comfortable, understand how to use them etc I don't think there is a certain age.
