Just a quiet night at home with my husband and kids. They cancelled the fireworks in our town due to the fire danger, as they should have. So we are watching the Sydney NYE on livestream and playing board games.

Was going to get my mum to baby sit and go have a couple of beers on the beach, but now we are on watch and act and suburbs around us are being evacuated so now we're just staying home and hoping that call doesn't come through
