Burning pain in left upper thigh/vagina (39wks pregnant)

I pulled my leg a few weeks ago and just seems to be getting worse, I can’t even take a step with my left leg without my upper thigh hurting and a burning pain on the left side of my vagina. 😩 does anyone know what this is?
Going for a cesarean in a few days.

Sounds like a nerve I did something similar too it’ll get better in time. Take it slow :)
