Bullshit "curiosity." Who is frigging "curious" about dating apps? He's lying to you and treating you like an idiot.
If he's on Android, go to the Playstore, into his list of apps, and check each section - 'installed' and 'library'. If he's logged into a home computer, you can check the Playstore from a web browser, rather than the app on his phone.
It'll tell you how long ago each app was accessed.
