Supervised visits every 6 weeks, I spend the 2 hours sitting in the car drinking coffee and writing shopping lists, updating my diary, doing my budget.

It's been 5 years for me (alternate weekends). I spent the first year struggling but hanging out with friends, then building stronger friendships with old and new friends the next few years. I've had a boyfriend the last 6 months and I'm very much enjoying the sex!

My kids are with their dad half the time, I work those days mostly so I don't pay for child care and if they are sick or it's holidays it's dad's responsibility. If I'm not working I relax, or go out with friends. It's a great set up and means all the responsibility is shared equally.
