I did last week. I have been on a diet/lifestyle change for 2 years and lost around about 60kgs. I am trying to lose about 5kgs more but have plateued. My solution was too just eat whatever for 1 week only and then go back to my normal eating habits. Sort of like a reset button.
I pretty much binged on what ever I haven't eaten for the last 2 years. It was awful. I felt so heavy, sick and constipated all the time. I won't try that approach again.
I do eat treats through I just plan them to fit into my diet.
I used to binge eat alot before as well which is pretty much the reason why I had 60 extra kilos to lose.

I don't binge, but I like to have a little treat when the kids aren't around (like a Tim Tam).

You can enjoy sweets without bingeing. The way I see it, the only one you’re cheating here is yourself.
