My mother bought it. Made her physically ill & tasted disgusting. Company couldn't care less & said they'd never heard of anyone not absolutely loving the taste.
I checked & it's composition is very similar to a few other products, which are much cheaper, in the supermarket, including sugar & protein content.
Do yourself a favour & save your $$. It's just marketing rubbish. A proper diet & exercise is a much, much better option.

Disappointed that’ there were very few mixture of flavours in a mixed box. Very boring

Just tried it for the first time since Ferguson has discontinued their dairy free version. I like it! I do only one scoop mixed with 1 scoop of nuzest protein powder. This way I increase the protein intake and reduce the sweetness. Love it!

Bought a box of different flavours to try. absolutely revolting flavour, artificial and sickly sweet tasting like a pudding. Brought on headache and vomiting.. total waste of time and money

I have been on this for about 6 weeks - and love it! I am losing weight slowly (which is the best way) and really like the taste and consistency compared to a couple of other shakes I have tried - it doesn't have that gritty texture like some others (I do use my stick blender to blend it up rather than just shake it though). It's quite thick, but I love thickshakes and smoothies so that doesn't bother me at all - if it's too thick you just add extra water. Lots less sugar than other shakes. My cravings for junk food have stopped since starting it. Yes it's a bit expensive but I feel it's worth it to reach my end goal of looking and feeling better. The only negative I have is that I didn't like the caramel flavour as it was too sickly tasting, but I'm enjoying the vanilla and chocolate so far.

Purchased these about 4 days ago. I really dislike the taste and texture. When mixed as instructed is more like a pudding. Did not feel less hungry. Disappointed so far. Does have a lot less sugar than most others.

In all honesty the healthiest shake I've found is from the Healthy Mummy. I compared all the damned products and this was the highest protein, lowest sugar etc etc. I did try optifast but it had more sugar, less protein etc etc.

I used it for a month, kind of get used to the taste eventually.
Weight wise it did not assist me (also exercised in conjunction with it)
As for feeling full - full for maybe a halfa after having it than starving.
Fkn exppensive
Those were all the negatives but the positives were-
A) WAYYYYY less sugar than all the other diet shakes
B) More nutrients and actual good stuff than other brands
