Does anyone else’s boyfriend/husband gross you out?

Answered 3 years ago

My fiancé of five years has recently started to gross me out a LOT. When we first got together there was things I noticed I just never said anything about but now after so long I realize this is ridiculous.
He has horrible hygiene. He showers of course, but not as often as he should and he doesn’t throughly clean ‘down there’. I hate going down on him at all or anything because it smells awful. And on top of that I have to force him to use condoms because if we don’t my pH balance gets knocked off track really bad. And of course I can’t forget the pee problem. He pees all over the toilet seat and the floor. And he’s just too lazy to clean it up. I’ve had two kids so when I have to pee I really have to pee, so while rushing to the bathroom one morning I sat right on that pee covered toilet seat. Let me mind you I have eczema so not only was it disgusting to sit on that, it broke my legs out. I said something to him about it and he still hasn’t stopped! matter of fact it happened again today!! Also the worst is when he pees he doesn’t do that shake thing most guys do, or even wipe himself off he just pulls his pants up. So yes if you’re wondering it does cause some pee to get on his pants and that is foul. But I just don’t know how to say something about any of this. He embarrasses easy and I’m nervous about telling someone that these things are a problem. But this is something that’s making me want to leave him :(

I started giving my boyfriend a blow job the other week after he'd been working away for a week. I don't think he had actually cleaned under his foreskin as it was disgusting and so messy. YUK !!!
I start blowing him then as I pulled down his skin it was like OMG !!!
He wasn't bothered and wanted me to carry on..... errrr no way !

Yet another reason I am so glad my husband chose to be cut as an adult, before we met!

Do you really want to start your marriage out on a lie? OR multiple lies I should say...... yes they may be lies of omission but they are still lies none the less.

In all seriousness, it sounds like he has a mental illness. Depression perhaps?

A mental illness because he pees on the seat? That’s ridiculous.

What mental illness causes you to not wash your penis? 🙄

Not as silly as it sounds. My husband was the epitome of cleanliness and now that he has depression he does all of the above to a grosser degree. Unaware, uncaring, drugged up- I don't know but it happens. I spend half my day cleaning something every time he moves.

I couldn't be with someone for 5+ years who was like this. Talk to him, and tell him it's a deal breaker, if it doesn't change I'd be gone. You don't want to marry someone who grosses you out! And there is always a chance that even if he changes, he'll slip into his old habits.

I’d leave him and change identities so he’d never find me again. This is utterly inexcusable.

If you don't tell him, these things will get to you more and eventually you'll fall out of love and it'll be over....

If you don't want to be honest then it's on you.
