how do I report vets affairs fraud?

Answered 4 years ago

My ex SIL still lives in the home paid for by my brothers veterans settlement. She still drives the brand new car paid for by settlement. Shes claiming vets support payments etc but hes living like a pauper with our parents. It's been going on to long now and getting really disrespectful with her and her hook ups in my brothers house when the kids are with him and my parents.
Is it treated like centre link fraud?

How much % custody does your brother have. If she has them most of the time then Im not sure how providing them with their fathers settlement as a place to live is fraud?

Your brother is a grown adult. Let him deal with it himself unless he asks you for help

She cares about her brother. I'd do the same for any of my siblings

That's nothing. You should see the fraud involved with the NDIS. Just because people have a disability doesn't mean they are decent people.

Have you tried calling the 1800 number on their website and speaking with someone? Your brother might need to make the call or you’ll at least likely need his vet affairs card number etc.
