My daughter was barely 2 yo when I found out I was pregnant. I had no idea. Never felt ready for a second and had just got into the swing of things with no. 1. I actually secretly cried when the test was positive. I love my 2nd daughter dearly, but probably would have given it a bit more time if I could go back. I suffered with depression after her birth.

No doubt the trolls will love this. But it wasn’t meant to be. Had a positive test the last two days but overnight started bleeding heavily and cramping. Thanks for all the decent responses.

We stopped trying for number 2 after a few failed fertility treatment. Three years later and I'm pregnant.
My feelings were really mixed - of course happy, but also took a lot of processing as we'd let go of that dream and shut the door on it. You are allowed to have mixed feelings about it - it is a big, life-changing bit of news!

A lot of mixed feelings. Happiness, anxious, unsure if this is the right time. Now as I hold my little baby girl in my arms I know she was meant to be here. I might have closed the baby door many years ago but right now all I can say is I’m glad it opened again. It took me a while to get used to the idea of having another but once I did it was just an exciting new journey.

I was so happy with our surprise third she is a little girl after our 2 boys ❤️
