Overreaching for something lost my balance and feel hitting my head becoming unconscious

Sorry I just am overwhelmed, I hit my head had concussion also required stitches. I constantly feel I have pressure in my head like someone has got vice grips , I have issues concentrating. I feel sick and off balance if I look down I also have extreme pain in my neck after having a shower, I feel like the water is burning me despite the water being cool, I also suffer the shakes I can’t think straight I am fine to remember things in the past but easily forget things that are told to me now or things I need to do. I have had a mri and seen a neurologist but no one knows

Fibromyalgia?

My sister has fibromyalgia and all OPs symptoms are very similar to it

Can I ask has there been any specific treatment that has helped I have tried everything from physiotherapy, acupuncture, osteopath, chiro and nothing helps if anything it causes me more pain and suffering

My sister is on pain killers but sadly there is not a whole lot that helps. It really sucks i know. I think you need to find a dr who is actually going to help you get to the bottom of this. Im sorry this is happening to you xx

It affects many things I am hoping for a good recommendation to a GP at the least who might think outside the box more of a old school one not afraid to get there hands dirty
