If you have light skin yes if you have olive complexion I would not risk it.
I have friends who are Caucasian with slight olive skin and they have gone to a specific place that can do olive skin but I would not risk it, what if you end up with darker skin there which is a possibility.

I think it works. Need probably 6-10 treatments but if you buy a whole bunch of them while on sale at shopping centres, can get them for $10 a session
