I started at 120kgs when I started to lose weight. I started with diet only and lost about 20kgs fairly quickly. I then added just basic muscles exercises. Just planking and back bridges which built up my muscles and increased my fitness. Then I started walking pretty much everyday for about an hour. Now I still walk at a fast pace everyday and do my muscle building exercises to tone up a bit.

I don't care how fat i get i plank for no one

Depends on you age. After a certain age you have to exercise just to maintain you weight otherwise the fat sticks.

Yes. Horribly too true. Wish I had listened to this before I hit forty.

People like fatties. I'm a fatty. People love me.
Today at work some guy hit on me and flirted for ages with me.
He was disappointed when I said my husband was cooking my good friday dinner.

I started off slow but now exercise up to three times a day. I stopped drinking alcohol changed my diet and was exercising only 2-3 times per week but I realized I have more time and have been going more regularly. I dropped from a size 10 to 8 on top and 6 on bottom. At first I wanted to lose weight now I want to be strong and fit. I don’t lose breath walking or climbing stairs. I’m 46.

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week depending on the week. I am also very active durning the day. I walk the kids to school walk the dog make sure I move every 15-20mins. I get bored if I’m not moving around or doing something with my hands.

I do a half hour online exercise program everyday followed by a minimum 45 minute fast walk on the treadmill. I go longer if I’m feeling good. I don’t eat any junk at all. I’ve been doing this for three months straight and the only difference I’ve found is that I feel fitter. I’m the same weight and look the same. I guess my routine is only maintaining my weight. I’d really like to lose the 6 kg I slowly put on in the last 18 months but it’s not shifting. I’m 45.

Not for weight loss, because I'm not trying to lose weight even though I'm obese, but I walk/bush walk about twice a week but it might only had up to 10-15 kms per week.
Spose I could do more if I wasnt lazy.
I'm on my feet all day with my job, so I'm hardly sedentary

OP Wow that is amazing good on you. I am morbidly obese and I will do thirty minutes on the eliptical but because I work a desk job I'm very sedentary.

2 hrs per day 4/5 times a week. I’ve dropped from a size 10-12 to a size 8. I want to get to a size 6 bottom and 8 on top. So I’m going to step it up to 3hrs a week 6times a week. I do different types of exercise and eat a healthy low carb diet. I am over 45 so it’s important for me to reach my fitness goals before 50.

I used to lose weight and tone up very quickly when I was working, by taking 3 floors up the stairs every time I had to enter the building during the day.

I would go up the lift in for some levels, then do the fire stairs for 3 floors.

But you have got to make sure you can get out the fire stairs. Some places keep them locked from the inside. You can get into them, but not out except at the bottom.

I would start with just one flight of stairs and build up. Its tough at first.
Now I have a 2 storey house so I am up and down the stairs about 15 times a day.

I love the fitness path! It combines cardio with light strength training and stretching. Each stop has workouts listed for various levels of fitness. My older kids can join when there's no school, and i can easily bring the baby along on my jogger. The whole loop and exercise stops takes about an hour, less of i hustle. I try to to do it 2 or 3 times a week before school lets out. I also do a 20 min workout at home in the mornings and walk my dog about 3-5km at night when it's not raining, which takes about 45 mins. I try to stay on the move. I try to walk places when I can. When the weather is poor, I'll walk around a shopping center or museum to get my steps in.

30-60 mins on average. Whatever I can squeeze in.
30 min walk should be done daily.. if you can start to try and add this into your day. Also alter your food.. remember diet is 80% and exercise is 20%

Every day except in Saturday’s I do 30 minutes on the exercise bike followed by a 60 minute walk. I actually did less when I lost my weight. I also exercised before. The weight loss for me was from altering my diet. But I’m definitely more toned since adding the exercise bike.
