What do you do with your old underwear (eg. If it doesn't fit anymore)?

I'm doing a clear out of my wardrobe and have a bag of clothing for charity but I obviously don't want to donate my old undies!! So do I just throw them in the rubbish bin or what?

Cut it up into star shapes and line with panty liners and double stitch the edges. Use a few cm of the elastic to make a loop to hang for Christmas tree decorations.
Awesome presents for the inlaws

I know this is a really old post however, if anyone is still subscribed to it you can drop off any unusable items of clothing at a textile recycling centre or anything that is 100% cotton can be put in your home compost bin. Best to keep as much out of landfill as possible๐Ÿ˜Š

Bin them, no one wants your used undies.

Husband's brother's wife. And for what they cost, she can have them if she wants.

You could give them to op shops if you want. They do accept undies and bras. Some people are happy to buy them because they don't have the money to buy new ones. So yes to many people this thought may be ew but to others it's an absolute necessity during hard times

Um.. undies are like 2 for $2 if you're that desperate.

Don't judge anyone or what they buy. It's fine if you want to buy that but someone else might want to buy their undies from the op shop

Bras are different to undies. You could have someone else's poop touching your a*s wearing someone else's undies

 second hand undies??? fu****g ewwww

Volunteered in 3 op shops and no none of them accepted used undies. Most people won't buy them and it's unhygienic for staff.

One accepted bras which I still find gross.

Not the ones that last for more than 5 minutes ! The really good ones can cost $30 brand new.

If they are well washed there is nothing wrong or unhygienic about them.

Bin them of course! What else would I do with them? Yuk.

Rags

๐Ÿ˜‚ rags!! To wipe/wash down what!! Hilarious

We use our old underwear as rags. Wiping down walls, to tie plants to their stakes, polishing things. Obviously we bleach them first to kill any germs.

Sell them on Ebay.

Make sure they are unwashed though as they'll go for more ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

Yes throw them in the bin, is this question serious? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Use them for dusting rags? (not the crotch section ...)

I work in Baltimore and we have a huge homeless population. Charities here are always asking for new or gently used and CLEAN undergarments. Also many breast centers will take like new or gently used bras.
