I think you do. I e seen some slightly crazy behaviour that people don’t realise is not ‘normal’ but everyone responds to things differently.
If you have to ask the question and think it is possibly weird, then it most likely is. Sorry to say
Honestly, I believe almost everyone should be seeing a psychiatrist. There is nothing wrong with getting help. I wish I had seen mine much earlier in life to help aid in coping mechanisms and grief and depression. I am a much more balanced person and can self soothe and rationalize a lot better now that I have been given the tools to do so.
My advice, go see someone. You'll wish you had done it sooner
