Sunday
June
May
Rider
Hunter
Lily
Violet
Ruby
Rose
Willow
Summer

honestly, pick a name for your child. Not an object or month of the year/ day of the week/ season to name them after

So everyone's name is Thomas?

REPLY

My Thomas is a family name too. Well it’s my brothers middle name and the only name that we could agree on.
It’s really not that common.

REPLY

There's a Thomas or two in every year grade my kids school

What is the issue with a name being common? Everyone's resistance to a 'common' name is how we end up with ridiculous shit like Naveah because everyone is trying to make their baby special lol eventually all names become so common, that people make up bullshit names to be unique LOL i'd rather a common name.

It’s been proven people with common names end up more successful in life and have a better job thank people with unique names.
I will take a Thomas who becomes successful over a Nash who barely scrapes through in life any day

REPLY

That would have more to do with their simply being more Thomas's than Nash's. If there's 1000 successful Thomas's and 50 successful Nash's it doesn't mean Thomas's are more successful, just that there's more of them.

Yeah I'd better interested to see the "proof" 😂

Using the same logic you could say white people are more successful

We have a family at school who’s names are all derived from one name. I don’t want to say what they are because I’ll identify them but for example it’s like dad is Fred. Mum is Freda. Son is Freddy. Daughter is fredrika. There are 5 in the family.

I am a teacher and have heard it all and honestly the names don’t ever make me cringe. Names are cultural & of the times and when I move around I notice they are tied to the place also. For example on the Gold Coast I taught kids with many car related names - cruiz diesel indi ford ect. And my bf pointed out there is a big car race there each year.

REPLY
I think it's more because the gold coast is full of working class bogans

REPLY

I hate repeated consonants too close to each other, like Titan, Fifi, piper, Lulu, Lalita,Rory, Kynan, Cainan. They just don't roll off the tongue and it would be annoying hearing it for a lifetime.

ANSWER

Jackson, Jaxon and basically every spelling variation of that name.
Cooper is another one.
And Riley, Rhylee and every other way to spell it.

I'm sure my kids names are on other people's hate list but OMG I just can't stand Jackson,it's the worst imo and every kid I've met called Jackson is a turd 😂
