I drink green tea every third day it really helps with water retention and bloating.

At least 4 weeks. Others will see it before you do..be patient..

You generally won't see a lot of difference in one week. You'll see 'non- scale' too, like clothes fitting better, more energy, better sleep. There is a really good you tube video explaining that fat cells fill with water for a few weeks, before it is released, just incase you need that space for fat again. Keep going, if you go off track, just start again with the next meal. Use online calculators to work out your calories & use a tracking app like My Fitness Pal.

You start to notice after about 6 weeks.
