This book is all about getting ahead and being organised where dinners are concerned.
No more bustling through the door at dinner and starting from scratch.
This is the perfect weekly meal planner in one book! ‘Cook once and eat for days. Delicious food. Food made with quality ingredients that don’t cost a fortune,’ these sisters say.
The chapters are broken up by season and then by week so they have covered the entire year for you with simple and delicious dinners that save time and stress. And, as with all of their books, the recipes are family-friendly and fast to cook. While the book is broken up into seasons you’ll find yourself cooking these recipes all year round they are so versatile!
All you need to do it find a couple of hours, once a week, store the food correctly (yes there are pages on that too), then when get home after a long day, open the fridge, and heat and eat. Maybe you might just need to throw together a salad on the day but I assure you they are simple, fast, and full of flavour too.
One of the things I love most about Sally and Maha’s recipes is that they do not ever make you feel bad about buying a bag of slaw mix or salad. They encourage all of the best shortcuts!
