Having a loving partner will actually (kind of) make your life comparable to having a holiday.
However, when both of you are stuck in a rut and working your arses off, a nice sunny holiday somewhere out of the country might do your relationship and your sex life wonders.
Accordingly, most of the reasons why couples do not have amazing sex, whether they are on a holiday or not, are actually work related and digitally related. Did you know that 70% of couples admit to scrolling through their phones during sex? This percentage must be lowered ASAP!
Here are our tips to get that sexy time happening and amp up your relationship, so it will make it seem like one big holiday!
1) Enjoying the trip
The reason why you are on a vacation is for you to relax and spend some time with your honey. Look out the windows while you’re on a bus. Look at the scenery, take photos of it (if you know what I’m getting at!) Enjoy!
2) Turn of your out-of-office correspondence
Commitments are hard to detach from, but if you are wanting to have a crazy, sexy holiday with your partner, then do not check your emails or text messages.
3) No cellphone rule.
Frolicking at the beach? Leave your phones back in the hotel room and bring your camera instead. This tip lessens your time holding your phone and will make you more focused on your partner.
4) Put your phones on airplane mode
Before going on your holiday, you should remind your family and kids that you will call once or twice on a specific time. That way, you won’t have to worry too much and you won’t have to check on them every hour. Also turn off your phone alarm so you won’t get tempted to constantly check on your phone.
5) No social media.
We know that broadcasting your life on social media is just something we all do, but if you’re in dire need of an improvement on your love life, then minimise it. Come on, how are you supposed to improve your sex life when you are busy checking in or liking memes?
So for you and your beau to enjoy your holiday (not to mention, sex-ing it up), you need to get your head out of work calls and emails, Facebook and Pokemon Go. Seriously!
