Make Every Step Count With Steptember
*This post is brought to you by Steptember

According to health experts, each person should take 10,000 steps a day for a healthy, active lifestyle.

But to be honest, the couch looks more inviting and we need a bigger reason to move backsides. So, how do you start?

First off, wake up and get moving! It’s never really about how early you sleep. It’s your will to wake up, stand up and get moving! Next, do this repeatedly everyday and then do this for weeks. Get friends to do it with you to!

You don’t have to run a marathon – you can do any kind of activity! Walk, jog, cycle, play basketball, box or even do some house chores!

If you want to make every step count, check out Steptember! It’s a game-changer!

About Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral Palsy is an umbrella term for a group of disorders caused by injury to the brain which occurs most commonly during pregnancy. It is a permanent, lifelong condition with no known cure. It’s one of the most common physical disabilities in children with one affected child being born every 15 hours here in Australia.
