Radio Host Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli Films Second Son’s Birth

Radio host Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli is making sure every moment of his second son’s birth is documented — even during the delivery.

Nova 969 breakfast radio host Wippa and his wife Lisa have welcomed their second son on Saturday and Wippa made sure his birth was captured on a camera.

Nova posted a photo of the couple on its Fitzy and Wippa Instagram account, which shows Wippa wearing a head-mounted camera, possibly a GoPro, over his hospital hair net, his wife and their son, who they named Jack Walter David Wipfli, weighing 3.35kgs.

“Everything went to plan, Lisa was a trooper and Jack entered the world relaxed and completely nude,” Wippa, who co-hosts the breakfast show with Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald, told Confidential.

On Sunday, Mrs Wipfli posted a photo to Instagram of them in an elevator, and captioned it: “Time to meet our little man”, and yesterday, she posted a photo of Jack and wrote along with it:

“Just when I thought there was no more room in my heart to love another human as much as Ted, this little guy comes along. Welcome to the world Jack Walter David Wipfli. Born 18.06.16.”

The couple are already parents to their first son named Ted.
