The new year is fast approaching and some of us are too excited to start another round of resolutions that don’t always last bahahaha. NY resolutions like health, fitness, money-saving and more – let’s take it up a notch.. shall we?
Let’s start the new year off right with these 20 personal challenges. These challenges are great – but they won’t work unless you do!
1. Water Challenge
Water doesn’t only help you in losing weight, it makes you glow and keeps you on your toes! So, cut out the sodas and other artificial drinks and switch to water to cleanse your body for a healthy and glowing you!
2. No Junk Food Challenge
We know…we definitely know that junk food is a tempting snack. We know that you have a lot of cravings about this but why not switch it to something healthier? After all, healthy foods like fruits and other organic treats are way better than these.
3. The Plank Challenge
With all the diet modification and water challenge, you can move on another challenge to shape up! Try this plank challenge that makes your core more stronger than ever. Start 20 seconds at Day 1 and as the days go by add 20 seconds more. For sure you’ll achieve a rock-solid core and a stronger back and shoulders.
4. The Squat Challenge
Get your arse and legs in shape with this 30 day squat challenge. And I’m sure Beyonce and Nicki Minaj will be proud of you! Oh we almost forgot to mention Richard Froning, The Fittest Man on Earth, that he’ll surely give our men some high-five too!
5. Food Challenge
Sugar, spice and everything nice?? Okay, let’s cut some crap here and start cleansing our body by eating good and healthy food. Take note of this food challenge and for sure you’ll feel lighter and even healthier than you could ever imagine!
