  • 125 g Butter melted
  • 250 g Plain Biscuits crushed
  • 4 tbsp Dessicated Coconut
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • Coconut, Crushed Nuts, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate Flakes, Sprinkles to coat

Choc Coconut Truffles are a yummy idea for those little gifts that pop up during Christmas time. You can put them in decorative jars, or little bags. People really appreciate the little gifts that just say thanks.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Spread the mixture into a tray and refrigerate for a few hours until set.

  3. Divide into 36 squares and roll each square into a ball.

  4. Roll each ball in coating of choice.

  5. Refrigerate until serving.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Choc Coconut Truffles is suitable for freezing.
  • For different colours, mix the coconut (for the coating) in with a drop of food colouring of your choice.
