Works for my 5-year old, for some reason it won't work for my 2-year old


I initially bought our ThermoScan for my older child when he was 4. It gave accurate reading all the time. But when his younger sibling, 2, had to use it, I found that it didn't give correct readings. The readings were all inaccurate and inconsistent. I thought it was broken, but when my now 5-year old used it, all the readings were correct. Confusing? Yes! Apparently, I'm not the only one who has this problem!
