Packing a healthy lunch box can get tricky because you need to weigh up whether the kids will actually eat the lunch provided.  I have super fussy kids so anything I can get them to eat, to me is a win. But it is great to see that nearly all parents now care about what their children eat at school, and are providing better options.  If you need ideas – here they are!

Frozen Treats To Pop Into the Lunch Box:

A great way to serve fruit in the Summer is to freeze it.  Not only does it keep the lunch box nice and cool, frozen fruit is a delicious change!  These fruits are bite sized perfect for lunch boxes!

  • Banana Slices with peanut butter (if allowed) dipped in chocolate
