Ambrosia Salad such a refreshing dessert for hot and humid days – but if you want to eat it in the colder months, no one’s gonna stop you!

We totally understand!

  1. Drain fruit and mix salad together gently in a bowl.

  2. If mixture is too dry, add a bit of the fruit juice to moisten.

  3. For a great Christmas version, use cherries and green grapes!

  4. Best eaten on day

This is a favourite in the summer months here in Australia. Have a try! And serve this one during the Christmas holidays! Your guests will love this delicious fruity dessert.
