Baked Oreo Cheesecake Slice is a delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion.

Do you love the creamy filling of an Oreo cookie as much as the crunchy cookie itself? If so, this recipe is for you! The baked Oreo cheesecake slice combines the rich flavour of cream cheese with the iconic taste of Oreos. The result is a delightful dessert that is sure to please any crowd.

To make this dish, simply combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Then fold in crushed Oreos. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.

  3. Crush 200 grams Oreos, add melted butter and press into lined tin and refrigerate while preparing cheesecake.

  4. Don't press them into the bottom or it will crumble when cutting later on.

  5. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, milk, beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.

  6. Mix with electric beaters until smooth and well combined.

  7. Gently pour the cheesecake mixture over the top of the Oreo base.

  8. Grab a few extra Oreo biscuits and lightly chop and sprinkle over the top to decorate.

  9. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until just cooked.

  10. Let it cool for 15 minutes or so before gently removing the pan.

  11. Serve the oreo cheesecake with ice cream and cream.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • This recipe can be made into mini cheesecakes.  Place a whole Oreo in the bottom of a cupcake wrapper and fill with the cheesecake mixture and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • This recipe can be frozen.  Let it cool to room temperature before sealing in an air tight container.  Freeze for up to a month.
