- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Honey
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz on high until smooth, approx. 2 minutes.
