Refuel with this Banana on Toast recipe – a delicious post-workout energy boost. Australian Bananas are packed with Potassium, folate and vitamin B6, essential for fit bodies, making them the perfect topping on your choice of bread.

I don’t really follow any rules so….I whip this up for breakfast or lunch or snacks – even as a midnight snack! Okay don’t judge me….. You better try this out to see what I mean.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • 2 Slices Of Bread toasted
  • 2 tsp Butter Or Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Honey Or Golden Syrup

Method

  1. Spread the toast with butter and the sliced bananas.
  2. Serve drizzled with honey or golden syrup.

Notes

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • You can also use peanut butter, crushed peanuts or cream cheese for your Banana on Toast. Tastes just as good!
