Here is a simple recipe to cook Corn on the Cob on the BBQ.

Method

  1. Remove husks from corn and cut each cob in half. Butter each piece with a teaspoon of butter and sprinkle with seasoning. Wrap each piece in foil, twist the ends of the foil to seal.

  2. Place on pre heated BBQ over medium to hot heat and bake for 20 minutes turning a few times to keep the corn moist and not burn.

  3. Remove foil with tongs and serve with steak and BBQ Chips.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • BBQ Corn on the Cob is not suitable for freezing and should be eaten the day it is cooked.
  • If you are camping you can leave the corn in the husk soak in salted water for 10 minutes then cook on the BBQ for 20-25 minutes turning several times. Allow to cool slightly and then remove husk. Seasoning with butter, salt and pepper.
