- 1 cup Low Fat Milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries frozen
- 1/2 Large Banana or 1 small banana
- 1/2 tbsp Organic Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Get a blender and put in the low fat milk, frozen blueberries, banana, organic flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
- Blend it on high for about 20-30 seconds and serve!
