Method
- Combine cocoa, butter, and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook and stir until thickened for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it stand until cool enough to handle.
- Roll it into small balls and eat at once or chill until serving.
