I’m a huge fan of Low Fat Bircher Muesli, problem is I never have the foresight to organise it the night before!  So this is a great recipe if you are organised!

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the rolled oats, yoghurt, apple juice and dried fruit.

  2. Mix well so all the ingredients are 'wet'.

  3. Cover and keep in the fridge overnight.

  4. Before serving in the morning, stir through the grated apple and sprinkle the LSA on top.
