Broccoli Steaks

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Slice each of the broccoli into 3 pieces.

  3. Mix the parmesan, oregano, pepper and oil together in a bowl.

  4. Coast the broccoli in the Parmesan mixture (ensure to press all of the cheese into the broccoli)

  5. Place the mixture on an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes until slightly crispy.
