  • 1 Woolworths Stuffing Mix 200g
  • 2 cups Woolworths Mozzarella Shredded Cheese 500g
  • 1 Woolworths Half Leg Ham Smoked Leg Ham 4kg sliced thinly
  • 1 Woolworths Turkey Buffet On Bone Oven Roasted sliced thinly
  • 500 g Woolworths Colby Cheese Slices
  • Sauce
  • 275 g Woolworths Cranberry Sauce 275g
  • 1.5 tbsp Vinegar

Our very own creation –  a ball filled with meaty and cheesy goodness.

Layers of chicken, ham and turkey with cheese melting through. Nothing can beat this!

Now you don’t have to choose between serving ham, chicken or turkey for the holidays. Everything is in here.. in this Cheesy Cranberry HamTurKen!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to to 160°C.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, stuffing and shredded cheese.

  3. Squeeze together and roll the ingredients to form a huge ball. Set aside.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare a microwave-safe jug and combine the cranberry sauce and vinegar. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until smooth.

  5. Brush cranberry sauce to the the chicken ball you made and then cover with cheese slices.

  6. Next, brush cranberry sauce and cover the entire ball with turkey slices.

  7. Brush cranberry sauce again and then cover with ham slices.

  8. Pour the remaining sauce into the ball and then just roughly spread all over the ball.

  9. Bake at 180°C until ham looks crispy.

  10. Cool for a few minutes, slice and serve.
