  • 2 Garlic crushed
  • 2 Carrots Chopped
  • 1000 Chicken Breast
  • 1000 ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Sweet Potato Chopped
  • 2 cups Bok Choy chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.

  2. If you want it thicker you can remove lid and cook on high for a another hour.
