  • 500 g Chicken Breast roughly chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Flavoured Cream Cheese such as onion and chive
  • 20 g Parmesan roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Nice and cheap Chicken Kiev patties – don’t cost a fortune and so easy to make!



  1. Combine chicken, garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan and parsley in a food processor and process until ingredients are smooth.

  2. Form into 8 patties.

  3. Roll in flour then egg then breadcrumbs.

  4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees or until lightly browned and crispy.
