Nutritional information does not include the following ingredients:
- Peppermint essence
- Chocolate (Dark)
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1 tsp Peppermint Essence
- 400 grams Chocolate (Dark)
- 3/4 cup Condensed Milk
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat and stir constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is thick and glossy in appearance.
- Pour into a lined bar cake tin and refrigerate for four hours until set.
