Choc Mint Fudge

Fudge, in all varieties is one of the most popular confectionery items loved around the world. Here is our Choc Mint Fudge recipe for you to try. It only has four simple ingredients and makes for a wonderful Christmas Gift for the person that has everything!

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat and stir constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is thick and glossy in appearance.

  2. Pour into a lined bar cake tin and refrigerate for four hours until set.

  3. Not suitable for freezing.

  4. Best served on its own. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
