5-ingredient Churros is a famous Spanish sweets in your own home you can make with few ingredients!!

Delicious and just as good as doughnuts….Omg these things are freaking better than doughnuts..

Especially with this Rich Chocolate Sauce – mmmm!!

Method

  1. Place butter and 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan over moderate heat; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until melted and combined.

  2. Add flour and baking powder; cook and stir for 2 minuted or until mixture comes away from side of pan.

  3. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Cool slightly

  4. Heat oil in a large heavy-based saucepan over moderate heat (oil is ready when a cube of bread crisps quickly without absorbing oil)

  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper

  6. Spoon dough into a cloth piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm star nozzle. Pipe 12 x 12cm lengths of dough onto prepared rety, cutting ends with a sharp knife.

  7. Using a spatula, transfer churros (in batches) to hot oil.

  8. Deep-fry for 4 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

  9. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel to drain.

  10. Serve with caramel or melted chocolate
