Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Transfer to a large mug.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute and check cake.
  4. Microwave in 15 second increments until desired cake consistency is achieved.
  5. Top with Cream Cheese Icing.
  6. Whisk all ingredients with a fork until smooth.
