I love this Marinated Four Bean Salad. So light and easy, a great side dish for any meal.
Place bean mi, green onion, red onion, capsicum and corn in a bowl
Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in a jug. Season
Pour over bean mixture; toss to combine.
Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 2 hours to marinate. Serve
