Easy Peasy Chocolate Fudge is one the easiest chocolate fudge recipes I have come across! In only three steps (then refrigerate overnight) you will have this delectable little treat available at hand. Now’s a great time to think about food you might make for Christmas Gifts and fudge is always a winner!

Method

  1. Place the first 3 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook on medium power for 3 4 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.

  2. Mix the almonds in and press into a lined rectangle pan.

  3. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.

  4. Easy Peasy Chocolate Fudge is suitable to freeze for up to two months

  5. Keep an eye on the chocolate while it is in the microwave, no one likes the taste of burnt chocolate nor the smell.

  6. Place in little bags for a homemade gift.
