Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Spice
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil (canola or vegetable can also be used)
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Bi Carbonate




Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add the oil and eggs and mix well to combine.
  4. Use your hands to roll into tablespoon sized balls.
  5. Place on a lined baking tray and press to flatten.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
