  • 2 Orange peeled, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 Apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 Bananas peeled and chopped
  • 100 g Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Tinned Mandarin Pieces
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tin Pineapple Pieces
  • 1 Tub Sour Cream Or Low Fat Yoghurt

Ambrosia Salad such a refreshing dessert for hot and humid days – but if you want to eat it in the colder months, no one’s gonna stop you!

Method

  1. Drain fruit and mix salad together gently in a bowl.

  2. If mixture is too dry, add a bit of the fruit juice to moisten.

  3. For a great Christmas version, use cherries and green grapes!

  4. Best eaten on day
