Here’s a recipe for delicious Butterscotch Pudding – a real family favourite!

It’s thick, rich and creamy. Best of all, so easy to make at home!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 (fan forced).

  2. Mix it all together the batter ingredients and place in a greased oven proof dish.

  3. On top of the batter place the 2 tbsp golden syrup, 30g of butter chopped and 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Butterscotch Pudding is not suitable to freeze.
