  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 125 g Butter (melted)
  • 1 Condensed Milk 395 gram tin
  • 1 Passionfruit Pulp 170 gram tin
  • 1 Lemon Or Orange (juiced)

Easy Passionfruit Coconut Slice

East Passionfruit Coconut Slice!

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to LOW or 160 degrees.

  2. Place the cake mix, some desiccated coconut, and butter in a bowl. Leave a little bit of desiccated coconut later for toppings.

  3. Mix together, then press into a Lamington Tin lined with baking paper.

  4. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until just golden.

  5. In a jug, mix together the can of condensed milk, the small can of passionfruit pupp and the juice of one lemon (or orange).

  6. Pour over the cooked slice.  Pop back in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes.

  7. Allow the slice to cool then cut into squares.

  8. Enjoy!
