
This recipe for Easy Pear Cake only has four very simple ingredients so is great for frugal living, the school lunch box and your sanity! It is also dairy free!
Method

Place pears (including the juice) into a large bowl and mash with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined.

Pour mixture into a lined or greased round cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.

Cool in tin for 5 minutes then place on a cooling rack.
