Easy Peasy Pancakes

I love Easy Peasy Pancakes, but I don’t love how sugar filled traditional pancakes are.

So I made these, they are delicious, so quick to make and good for you too!!!

These Easy Peasy Pancakes have a great blend of bananas and vanilla essence which makes them super smooth and subtly sweet! They are perfect for a little breakfast treat or something a little sweet added with some raspberries (or berries of choice) to drizzle over the top makes for pancake heaven!

Method

  1. In a small bowl blend the eggs, bananas and vanilla essence together into a smooth mixture.

  2. Preheat a pan with oil and add a small amount of the mixture in pancake size. Flip over when golden brown.

  3. Meanwhile crush the frozen raspberries and thaw them a little to use as a sauce.

  4. Place pancakes on a plate and drizzle the crushed raspberries over the top. Add other berries and serve with yogurt.
